About these terms

These terms cover the CyberVaultech website, articles, free CyberVault sample, and complete paid edition provided by Jaden Clark, based in Germany. The price and material included with the complete edition are shown on the product page and during checkout. Access is delivered as a digital download after successful payment.

CyberVault licence

You may download and use the free sample and any purchased complete edition for personal learning and professional reference. You may make backup copies and add private notes.

You may not sell, redistribute, publicly mirror, sublicense, repackage, or include the vault—or substantial parts of it—in another product, course, dataset, or knowledge base without written permission. The licence included in each download accompanies the files.

Articles and ownership

The articles and vault material remain protected by applicable copyright law. Reading access does not transfer ownership of the material. Rights granted by law, including applicable quotation exceptions, remain unaffected.

Responsible use

The material is for education and authorized security testing. It does not grant permission to test any system. Obtain appropriate authorization and consider the scope and consequences of any commands before using them.

Compatibility and scope

The sample contains Markdown notes and Obsidian configuration. A compatible Markdown reader can open the text; Obsidian provides vault navigation and linked-note features. Some links in the sample refer to notes available only in the complete edition. Third-party tools and services have their own terms.

Immediate digital delivery

During checkout, consumers expressly request that CyberVaultech begin supplying the digital content immediately, before the statutory withdrawal period ends. They also acknowledge that their statutory right of withdrawal expires when supply begins. The download is made available after Stripe confirms payment.

Corrections and statutory rights

Security tools and guidance change. Check the referenced sources and report errors to support@cybervaultech.com. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
