Privacy policy
This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit CyberVaultech, download the free sample, or contact us.
Responsible operator
Jaden Clark, operating as CyberVaultech, Meiergraben 5, 91275 Auerbach, Germany. For privacy enquiries, contact support@cybervaultech.com.
Website delivery and security
This website is hosted using Netlify, with Cloudflare providing DNS and security services. Technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser details, and error information, may be processed to deliver content, maintain availability, and prevent abuse. Where the hosting service requires sign-in, its access-control service also processes the information necessary to verify access.
Our legitimate interests in operating a reliable and secure website are the basis for this processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Hosting providers may also process information under their own terms and privacy notices. See Netlify’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Search, animation, and downloads
Article search, topic filters, and pointer-reactive animations run locally in your browser. The site does not send search queries or cursor movements to an analytics service. The free sample is downloaded directly and does not require an account. Before the download, you may optionally provide your email address and consent to occasional CyberVault product updates. Skipping this step does not prevent the download.
When you provide an address, we store it with the time and source of your consent in Supabase. Subscribe and unsubscribe events are retained so that CyberVaultech can demonstrate and respect your current choice. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time using the signed unsubscribe link in each promotional message or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.
Purchase confirmations, private download links, security notices, and direct support replies are transactional messages used to perform the contract or respond to your request. Unsubscribing from product updates does not prevent these necessary messages.
Cookies and analytics
CyberVaultech does not add advertising cookies, behavioural analytics, tracking pixels, or social-media embeds. Hosting or sign-in services may use storage necessary to provide access and security. External websites linked from articles apply their own privacy practices when you visit them.
Contact by email
Our contact link opens your email application. Nothing is submitted through a website form. If you send an email, we process your email address, name if provided, message, and attachments to respond and handle your request. Emails to the domain are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to the support mailbox; email routing and mailbox service providers process messages as needed to deliver and store them.
For enquiries connected with a contract or steps requested before a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general questions and corrections, it is our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages are retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any related claims, and where applicable to meet legal retention duties under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Please do not include passwords, card details, or confidential client material.
Payments and digital delivery
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. CyberVaultech receives transaction details needed to confirm payment, record the order, and provide the purchased download, including the customer email address, payment status, amount, currency, and Stripe transaction identifiers. We do not receive complete payment-card details. Supabase stores order and download-entitlement records. The legal basis is performance of the purchase contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Recipients, retention, and international processing
Recipients may include Netlify for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and security, Supabase for database and file storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional or consented email, email-routing and mailbox providers, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell your personal data. Operational data is retained according to the purpose for which it is processed and applicable provider arrangements; email retention is described above.
Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices describe their processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards. You can contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including in the EU country where you live, work, or believe an infringement occurred. Providing information in an email is voluntary, but we may be unable to answer without the information necessary to understand your request. CyberVaultech does not use your data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
