Refund & withdrawal policy
CyberVaultech is operated by Jaden Clark, based in Germany. The available sample is free, so no payment or refund is involved in downloading it. The following terms apply to purchases of the complete CyberVault digital edition.
Digital downloads and withdrawal
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the period normally begins when the contract is concluded.
CyberVault is supplied immediately after successful payment. Before placing the order, the buyer must expressly request supply to begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right expires when supply begins. CyberVaultech records that acceptance and provides confirmation on a durable medium. If these statutory requirements are not satisfied, the withdrawal right remains governed by applicable law.
How to exercise an existing withdrawal right
If a withdrawal right still exists, inform CyberVaultech of the decision to withdraw through an unequivocal statement before the applicable deadline. Send it to Jaden Clark, CyberVaultech, Meiergraben 5, 91275 Auerbach, Germany, or support@cybervaultech.com. You may use the model form below, but its use is not mandatory.
If a valid withdrawal is made, payments received for the affected contract will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after CyberVaultech receives the withdrawal notice. The same means of payment will be used unless otherwise expressly agreed, and no fee will be charged for the reimbursement.
Change-of-mind refunds
Where the withdrawal right has validly expired, CyberVaultech does not offer additional voluntary change-of-mind returns or refunds for supplied digital downloads. Where it has not expired, applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain available.
Faulty content or delivery problems
Mandatory rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or undelivered digital content remain unaffected. If a download fails or you believe a product does not conform to its description, contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. Do not send payment-card details.
